Review Teletraffic Engineering in a Competitive World (Teletraffic Science and Engineering) / Elsevier Science:The International Teletraffic Congress (ITC) has since its inception in 1955 focused on the application of theoretical and simulation models to the design and performance analysis of communication networks.
